Tablature

Does anyone know what tuning he uses for that tune and are there any tabs floating around for it?

I'm trying to learn the classic JD version (I play open D with capo at II); but it seems

there are some overdubbing, (or two guits at the same time) in one point...

am I right? What do you think?

Here are three dobro TAB templates for use with Finale - they are NOT text files...I had to change the extension so I could attach them. To use them, rename them with a FTM file extension. They may not work with all versions of Finale - it is notorious for not supporting older versions.

The "low bass G" tuning was requested by Orville Johnson - all questions about playing in that tuning should go to him ;-)

Note that is you open the file, and "save as" the tune you are TABing, then "select all" with the staff tool, then double click in the middle of the staff (bringing up the "staff attributes" dialogue), then by clicking on the "Select..." button to the right of the Notation Style field at the very bottom of the dialogue box (just to the right of where it says "Tablature") - you can set a Capo position - which is cool because it then knows that string 1 open with a capo at the second fret sounds like an E...very useful when playing back a TAB'd song.
