I'm selling this beautiful Brad Harper made Koa reso #14. This thing is a hoss. It was my main guitar for a year and a half or so.

It has abalone fret inlay, and nice herringbone binding all around. The coverplate is like a gun metal finish.

It has a Schertler pickup installed and the Schertler preamp with it. It's in great shape with a few little dings from playing. There's

a small cosmetic flaw in the binding near the neck joint, and one of the Waverly tuners needs a new washer. Works fine though.

It has a new tweed case. $2000. Killer price for a guitar that sounds this good. I have more pix for anyone interested.

Highly figured Koa wood Bear Creek Kona Rocket. 23 1/2" scale, rope binding, Waverly tuners, and a fretted round neck. This is a reproduction of a Kona Rocket as made by Weissenborn in the twenties.

Unlike the hollowneck Weissenborns this model has a Spanish style solid neck with frets that joins the body at the 7th fret. Guitar is in excellent condition and sounds as good as it looks. Comes with a Fishman soundhole pickup and end pin jack, and a form fitted hard case. 

The Kona Rocket lists for $4900 on the Bear Creek site with the case and pickup being added options. The Highly Figured Koa wood is now an upgrade as well. I would like $3000 plus shipping and am located north of San Francisco if anyone would like to check it out.

Am interested in possible trade for National tricone or singlecone as well.

I am selling my beautiful solid Koa Meredith (#29).  Here are the specs:

• brand new closed gear tuners (gotoh)

It's one of the most unique guitars I've ever played and I hate to let it go...I've acquired way too many instruments and my day job keeps me from playing them all and I need to let this one go!  It just needs to be played more!  It's in great cosmetic shape - all wear is normai - only a few dings.  It's been in a perfectly humidified environment since day 1.
