I just got a Gold Tone PBS-M resonator back from Bobby Wright with an all new set up. The guitar had good tone when I shipped it. I was just curious as to how good this guitar could be. I new it had more tone and volume in it, just waiting to get out.....Now it has a sound that I don't think I'll ever find in any other thousand dollar guitar. Fact is, I think it will hang in there with the best of them. Tone, volume, and sustain! This boy has certainly found his niche when it comes to set ups. Great job and a heck of a nice guy.

Bobby does great work and really cares about how each and every instrumnet sounds when it leaves his shop.

I hear they are so close.....I'd hate to have to live off the difference.
'cept for Frank2
Mr. Wright has sent some to Frank to work on before. Mr Wright openly acknowledges his thanks to Frank on his website.
I've also personally seen a few Frank has re worked by some frequently named makers (yes that one, and that one, and that one ...and that one) and IMHO, he's the best there is. Currently Badger has a MA6 for sale that has a fresh set up by Frank Harlow, and it's probably the best MA6 in existance, bar none.....and at a great price. Insert standard politically correct disclaimer here....=)
